Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hollow fiber membrane that can exhibit stable performance for increases in amount of blood flow or filtration by optimizing the structure of a compact layer on the inner surface of the hollow fiber membrane. [Solution] The present invention is a hollow fiber membrane that includes a cellulose acetate based polymer and is characterized in that a plurality of channel-like recesses oriented in the direction of length of the hollow fiber membrane are observed when the inner surface of the hollow fiber membrane is observed by an atomic force microscope, the average length and the average width for the recesses are 200 – 500 nm and 15 – 50 nm respectively, and the aspect ratio, which is the ratio of the length and the width, of the recesses is 6 – 22.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir une membrane à fibres creuses qui peut présenter des performances stables pour des augmentations de débit sanguin ou de filtration en optimisant la structure d'une couche compacte sur la surface interne de la membrane à fibres creuses. La solution selon la présente invention est une membrane à fibres creuses qui comprend un polymère à base d'acétate de cellulose et est caractérisée en ce qu'une pluralité d'évidements de type canal orientés dans la direction de la longueur de la membrane à fibres creuses soient observés lorsque la surface interne de la membrane à fibres creuses est observée par microscope à force atomique, la longueur moyenne et la largeur moyenne des évidements sont respectivement de 200 à 500 nm et de 15 à 50 nm, et le rapport d'aspect, qui est le rapport entre la longueur et la largeur, des évidements est de 6 à 22.
(JA) 【課題】 本発明は、中空糸膜の内表面の緻密層の構造を最適化することで、血流量およびろ過量の増加に対応して安定した性能を発現できる中空糸膜を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】 本発明は、セルロースアセテート系ポリマーを含む中空糸膜であって、前記中空糸膜の内表面を原子間力顕微鏡で観察したとき、前記中空糸膜の長さ方向に配向した複数の溝様凹部が観察され、前記凹部の平均長さが200nm以上500nm以下、平均幅が15nm以上50nm以下であり、前記凹部の長さと幅の比であるアスペクト比が6以上22以下であることを特徴とする中空糸膜である。
