Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for observing skin tissue in which x-ray microCT is used. Adnexae such as sweat glands, sebaceous glands, and hair follicles can be identified in skin tissue by using acetone as a pretreatment solution and staining using an iodine-containing solution as a staining solution.
(FR) La présente invention aborde vise à fournir un procédé d'observation de tissu cutané cutané, un microCT à rayons x étant utilisé. Les annexes telles que les glandes sudoripares, les glandes sébacées et les follicules pileux peuvent être identifiées dans le tissu cutané en utilisant de l'acétone en tant que solution de prétraitement et en réalisant une coloration à l'aide d'une solution contenant de l'iode en tant que solution de coloration.
(JA) 本発明は、X線マイクロCTを用いた皮膚組織の観察方法の提供を課題とする。前処理溶液としてアセトンを用い、染色液としてヨウ素含有溶液を用いて染色を行うことにより、皮膚組織における汗腺、皮脂腺、毛嚢などの付属器の識別が可能になる。
