Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an oxide nanosheet and an oxide nanosheet film that can be mass-produced at low cost, it being possible to easily control the pore characteristics thereof; and methods for producing an oxide nanosheet and an oxide nanosheet film. This oxide nanosheet includes two-dimensional crystals of a metal oxide that are 0.4-3.0 nm thick or a laminate thereof, and has through-holes having a pore diameter of 0.5-200 nm. In addition, this oxide nanosheet film has at least one layer of the oxide nanosheet laminated so as to cover the surface of a porous base material.
(FR) L'invention concerne une nanofeuille d'oxyde et un film de nanofeuille d'oxyde pouvant être produits en série à faible coût et dont les caractéristiques de pores peuvent être maîtrisées ; et des procédés de production d'une nanofeuille d'oxyde et d'un film de nanofeuille d'oxyde. Cette nanofeuille d'oxyde comprend des cristaux bidimensionnels d'un oxyde métallique qui sont d'une épaisseur de 0,4 à 3,0 nm ou un stratifié de ceux-ci, et a des trous traversants ayant un diamètre de pore de 0,5 à 200 nm. De plus, ce film de nanofeuille d'oxyde comprend au moins une couche de la nanofeuille d'oxyde stratifiée de manière à recouvrir la surface d'un matériau de base poreux.
(JA) 細孔特性を容易に制御できるとともに、低コストで大量生産が可能な酸化物ナノシート及び酸化物ナノシート膜、並びに酸化物ナノシート及び酸化物ナノシート膜の製造方法を提供する。本発明の酸化物ナノシートは、厚みが0.4~3.0nmである金属酸化物の2次元結晶又はその積層体を含み、細孔径0.5~200nmの貫通孔を有する。また、本発明の酸化物ナノシート膜は、前記酸化物ナノシートが、多孔性基材の表面を覆うように少なくとも1層積層されている。
