Abstract:
(EN) This pressure sensor is provided with: a housing extending along an axis line; a diaphragm fixed on the leading end side of the housing; a piezoelectric unit, which is disposed in a hole in the housing, and includes a piezoelectric element; a transmission member that transmits deformation of the diaphragm to the piezoelectric unit; and a guide member, which has a through hole extending along the axis line, and which surrounds, in the through hole, the piezoelectric unit. In a cross section perpendicular to the axis line passing the piezoelectric element, formula (SL/AL)≤0.26 is satisfied, where, in the through hole, SL represents the maximum value of the distance in the diameter direction between the center of the through hole and the center of the piezoelectric element, and AL represents the maximum value of the distance in the diameter direction between the outer surface of the piezoelectric element and the center of the through hole.
(FR) L'invention concerne un capteur de pression pourvu : d'un boîtier s'étendant le long d'une ligne d'axe ; d'un diaphragme fixé sur le côté d'extrémité avant du boîtier ; d'une unité piézoélectrique, qui est placée dans un trou dans le boîtier, et qui comprend un élément piézoélectrique ; d'un élément de transmission qui transmet une déformation du diaphragme à l'unité piézoélectrique ; et d'un élément de guidage, qui comporte un trou traversant s'étendant le long de la ligne d'axe, et qui entoure, dans le trou traversant, l'unité piézoélectrique. Dans une section transversale perpendiculaire à la ligne d'axe passant par l'élément piézoélectrique, la formule (SL/AL) ≤ 0,26 est satisfaite. Dans ladite formule, dans le trou traversant, SL représente la valeur maximale de la distance dans la direction du diamètre entre le centre du trou traversant et le centre de l'élément piézoélectrique, et AL représente la valeur maximale de la distance dans la direction du diamètre entre la surface extérieure de l'élément piézoélectrique et le centre du trou traversant.
