Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a composite semipermeable membrane which has three excellent properties, namely, excellent ionic substance blocking performance, excellent nonionic substance blocking performance and excellent water permeability in a practically balanced manner; and a spiral separation membrane element which comprises this composite semipermeable membrane. A composite semipermeable membrane according to the present invention is obtained by forming a skin layer that contains a polyamide resin on the surface of a porous supporting body, and is configured such that: the polyamide resin is obtained by polymerizing a polyfunctional acid halide component and a polyfunctional amine component; the polyfunctional amine component contains m-phenylenediamine and at least one diamine compound represented by general formula (1); and the ratio (in mol%) of a segment (A) derived from m-phenylenediamine to a segment (B) derived from the diamine compound in the polyamide resin is from 99.9:0.1 to 98:2 (segment (A):segment (B)). (In the formula, one of R1 and R2 represents COOH, and the other represents a hydrogen atom; and each of R3 and R4 independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms.)
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir : une membrane semi-perméable composite qui a trois excellentes propriétés, à savoir, d'excellente performance de blocage de substance ionique, une excellente performance de blocage de substance non ionique et une excellente perméabilité à l'eau de manière pratiquement équilibrée; et un élément de membrane de séparation en spirale qui comprend cette membrane semi-perméable composite. Une membrane semi-perméable composite selon la présente invention est obtenue en formant une couche de peau qui contient une résine de polyamide sur la surface d'un corps de support poreux, et est configurée de telle sorte que: la résine polyamide est obtenue par polymérisation d'un composant halogénure d'acide polyfonctionnel et d'un composant amine polyfonctionnel; le composant amine polyfonctionnel contient m-phénylènediamine et au moins un composé diamine représenté par la formule générale (1); et le rapport (en % en moles) d'un segment (A) dérivé de m-phénylènediamine à un segment (B) dérivée du composé diamine dans la résine polyamide est de 99,9:0,1 à 98:2 (segment (A): segment (B)). (Dans la formule, l'un parmi R1 et R2 représente COOH, et l'autre représente un atome d'hydrogène; et chacun de R3 et R4 représente indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ayant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone.)
(JA) 本発明は、イオン性物質の阻止性能、非イオン性物質の阻止性能、及び透水性能の3つの性能が実用上バランスよく優れている複合半透膜、及び当該複合半透膜を含むスパイラル型分離膜エレメントを提供することを目的とする。本発明の複合半透膜は、ポリアミド系樹脂を含むスキン層が多孔性支持体の表面に形成されているものであり、前記ポリアミド系樹脂は、多官能酸ハライド成分と多官能アミン成分とを重合して得られるものであり、前記多官能アミン成分は、m-フェニレンジアミンと、少なくとも1種の下記一般式(1)で表されるジアミン化合物とを含み、前記ポリアミド系樹脂中におけるm-フェニレンジアミンに由来するセグメント(A)と、前記ジアミン化合物に由来するセグメント(B)との比率(モル%)が、99.9:0.1~98:2(セグメント(A):セグメント(B))である。 (式中、R又はRのどちらか一方はCOOHであり、かつ他方は水素であり、R及びRはそれぞれ独立に水素又は炭素数1~4のアルキル基である。)
