Abstract:
(EN) The main purpose of the present invention is to provide an endotoxin detection chip capable of stably detecting, for example, 1 EU/L of endotoxin. The present invention solves the abovementioned problem by providing an endotoxin detection chip having at least: a supporting substrate; an electrode section formed on the supporting substrate and having two working electrodes; and a terminal section formed on the supporting substrate and connected to the electrode section. The endotoxin detection chip is characterized in that the two working electrodes are alternately interdigitated electrodes, and the amplification rate at the time of redox cycling induction is at least 5 times.
(FR) Le but principal de la présente invention est de fournir une puce de détection d'endotoxine capable de détecter de manière stable, par exemple 1 UE/L d'endotoxine. La présente invention résout le problème mentionné ci-dessus en fournissant une puce de détection d'endotoxine comportant au moins un substrat de support, une section d'électrode formée sur le substrat de support et comportant deux électrodes de travail, et une section terminale formée sur le substrat de support et reliée à la section d'électrode. La puce de détection d'endotoxine est caractérisée en ce que les deux électrodes de travail sont des électrodes interdigitées en alternance, et en ce que le taux d'amplification au moment de l'induction du cyclage redox est au moins égal à 5 fois.
(JA) 本発明は、例えば、1EU/Lのエンドトキシンを安定的に検出可能なエンドトキシン検出用チップを提供することを主目的とする。 本発明は、支持基材と、上記支持基材上に成形され、2つの作用極を有する電極部と、上記支持基材上に形成され、上記電極部と接続された端子部と、を少なくとも有するエンドトキシン検出用チップであって、上記2つの作用極が、交互櫛形電極であり、レドックスサイクリング誘導時の増幅率が5倍以上であることを特徴とするエンドトキシン検出用チップを提供することにより、上記課題を解決する。
