Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic wave-permeable shiny metal member that can be produced easily when using not only chromium (Cr) or indium (In) for the metal layer but even when using aluminum (Al) or other metals. The purpose is also to provide an electromagnetic wave-permeable shiny metal member for which, in addition to aluminum (Al), silver (Ag), zinc (Zn), lead (Pb), copper (Cu) or alloys thereof can be used for the metal layer. The metal member is provided with an indium oxide-containing layer provided along the surface of a substrate and a metal layer laminated on the indium oxide-containing layer. In at least one portion, the metal layer comprises multiple parts that are mutually discontinuous.
