Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a hemostatic material that can be safely manufactured by a simple method, that poses no risk of viral infection, and that is capable of coagulating blood even without Ca ions. This hemostatic material comprises: a first agent (1) that contains a gelatin derivative having bonded thereto a hydrophobic group via an imino group, wherein said gelatin derivative has (a) a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-50,000, (b) said hydrophobic group is an alkyl group having 6-18 carbon atoms, and (c) the molar ratio of imino groups/amino groups in the gelatin derivative is 1/99 to 30/70; and a second agent (2) that contains a crosslinking agent for the gelatin derivative.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau hémostatique qui peut être fabriqué en toute sécurité au moyen d'un procédé simple, qui ne pose aucun risque d'infection virale et qui peut coaguler le sang même sans ions Ca. Ce matériau hémostatique comprend : un premier agent (1) qui contient un dérivé de gélatine auquel a été lié un groupe hydrophobe par l'intermédiaire d'un groupe imino, le dérivé de gélatine possèdant (a) un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 10.000 à 50.000, (b) le groupe hydrophobe étant un groupe alkyle comprenant de 6 à 18 atomes de carbone, et (c) le rapport molaire des groupes imino/groupes amino dans le dérivé de gélatine étant de 1/99 à 30/70 ; ainsi qu'un second agent (2) qui contient un agent de réticulation du dérivé de gélatine.
(JA) 簡易且つ安全に製造することができ、ウイルス感染の危険性が無く、Caイオンが無くとも血液を凝固することができる止血材を提供する。 (1)イミノ基を介して、疎水性基が結合されてなるゼラチン誘導体を含む第1剤であって、該ゼラチン誘導体は (a)重量平均分子量が10,000~50,000であり、 (b)該疎水性基が炭素数6~18のアルキル基であり、且つ (c)該ゼラチン誘導体中のイミノ基/アミノ基(モル比)が1/99~30/70である、 第1剤、及び (2)該ゼラチン誘導体の架橋剤を含む第2剤 からなる止血材。
