(JA) ポリイソシアネート組成物およびそれを用いた塗料組成物、及び該ポリイソシアネート組成物の製造方法
Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a polyisocyanate composition obtained through an isocyanuration reaction efficiently conducted without generating any insoluble matter, etc., the composition having excellent storage stability; and a two-pack type coating composition including said polyisocyanate composition as a hardener. Also provided is a production process whereby the color stability of the modified organic polyisocyanate being stored in a diluted state is improved. The polyisocyanate composition contains isocyanurate groups, and comprises a specific quaternary ammonium salt and a product of the reaction of HDI with a hydroxylated compound having a water/octanol partition coefficient of 0.5 or higher. The production process is for producing a modified organic polyisocyanate and comprises subjecting an organic diisocyanate monomer to isocyanuration or allophanation, and is characterized in that a compound having a phenol structure with steric hindrance which is not 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol is added after producing the modified organic polyisocyanate.
(FR) L’invention fournit une composition de polyisocyanate d’une excellente stabilité au stockage, et permettant une réaction efficace sans génération de substance insoluble, ou similaire, lors d’une réaction de formation d’isocyanurate, et une composition de matériau de revêtement à deux composants ayant cette composition de polyisocyanate pour agent de durcissement. L’invention fournit également un procédé de fabrication de polyisocyanate organique modifié selon lequel la stabilité de couleur est améliorée lors du stockage par dilution. À cet effet, le procédé de fabrication de polyisocyanate organique modifié est caractéristique en ce qu’il concerne une composition de polyisocyanate à teneur en groupe isocyanurate contenant un produit de réaction d’un hexaméthylène diisocyanate et d’un composé comprenant un groupe hydroxyle de coefficient de répartition eau/octanol supérieur ou égal à 0,5, et un sel d’ammonium quaternaire spécifique, et en ce qu’un monomère de diisocyanate organique est transformé en isocyanurate ou en allophanate, et un composé présentant une structure phénolique à empêchement stérique, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-méthylphénol exclu, est ajouté après génération du polyisocyanate organique modifié.
(JA) イソシアヌレート化反応の際、不溶解物などが生成せず、効率的に反応させることができ、貯蔵安定性に優れたポリイソシアネート組成物、及びこれを硬化剤とした二液型塗料組成物を提供すること、及び、変性有機ポリイソシアネートを希釈して貯蔵した際の色安定性を改善する製造方法を提供すること。 HDIと、水・オクタノール分配係数が0.5以上の水酸基含有化合物との反応生成物、及び特定の4級アンモニウム塩を含むイソシアヌレート基含有ポリイソシアネート組成物であること、また、有機ジイソシアネートモノマーをイソシアヌレート化、又はアロファネート化する変性有機ポリイソシアネートの製造方法において、変性有機ポリイソシアネートの生成後に、2,6-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-メチルフェノールを除く立体障害フェノール構造を有する化合物を添加することを特徴とする、変性有機ポリイソシアネートの製造方法により解決できる。
