Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a seamless pipe of martensitic stainless steel for an oil well pipe, said seamless pipe having high strength and exceptional resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking; and a method for producing the seamless pipe. A seamless pipe of martensitic stainless steel for an oil well pipe, said seamless pipe having a composition that contains, in percent by mass, 0.035% or less of C, 0.5% or less of Si, 0.05-0.5% of Mn, 0.03% or less of P, 0.005% or less of S, 2.6% or less of Cu, 5.3-7.3% of Ni, 11.8-14.5% of Cr, 0.1% or less of Al, 1.8-3.0% of Mo, 0.2% or less of V, and 0.1% or less of N, with C, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, W, Nb, N, and Ti satisfying a prescribed relational formula, and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities.
(FR) L'invention concerne un tuyau sans soudure en acier inoxydable martensitique pour un tuyau de puits de pétrole, ledit tuyau sans soudure présentant une résistance élevée et une résistance exceptionnelle à la fissuration par corrosion sous contrainte de sulfure ; et un procédé de production du tuyau sans soudure. Un tuyau sans soudure en acier inoxydable martensitique pour un tuyau de puits de pétrole, ledit tuyau sans soudure possédant une composition qui contient, en pourcentage en masse, 0,035 % ou moins de C, 0,5 % ou moins de Si, de 0,05 à 0,5 % de Mn, 0,03 % ou moins de P, 0,005 % ou moins de S, 2,6 % ou moins de Cu, de 5,3 à 7,3 % de Ni, de 11,8 à 14,0 % de Cr, 0,1 % ou moins d'Al, de 1,8 à 3,0 % de Mo, 0,2 % ou moins de V, et 0,1 % ou moins de N, C, Mn, Cr, Cu, Ni, Mo, W, Nb, N et Ti satisfaisant une formule relationnelle définie, et le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables.
