Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a medical instrument, with which there is little induction of allergic reactions in patients, which has excellent strength and corrosion resistance, and with which patients do not easily feel pain during insertion. The medical instrument is formed from a wire 2 (or pipe). The material of said wire 2 is titanium or a titanium alloy. The arithmetic mean roughness Ra of said wire 2 measured along the radial direction is 0.20 µm or less. Preferably, the wire 2 has a main section 8 and an oxide coating 10. The main section 8 is covered entirely with the oxide coating 10. The thickness T of the oxide coating 10 is 0.01 µm to 0.05 µm. The diameter D of the wire 2 is 0.05 mm to 0.50 mm.
(FR) Le problème abordé par la présente invention est de pourvoir à un instrument médical, qui provoque une faible induction de réactions allergiques chez les patients, a une excellente résistance mécanique et résistance à la corrosion, et qui permet aux patients de ne pas ressentir facilement de douleur pendant l'insertion. L'instrument médical est formé d'un fil 2 (ou tuyau). Le matériau dudit fil 2 est le titane ou un alliage de titane. La rugosité arithmétique moyenne Ra dudit fil 2 mesurée dans le sens radial est de 0,20 µm ou moins. De préférence, le fil 2 présente une section principale 8 et un revêtement d'oxyde 10. La section principale 8 est entièrement recouverte par le revêtement d'oxyde 10. L'épaisseur T du revêtement d'oxyde 10 est de 0,01 à 0,05 µm et le diamètre D du fil 2, de 0,05 à 0,50 mm.
(JA) 患者にアレルギー反応を引き起こさせることが少なく、強度及び耐腐食性に優れ、かつ挿入時に患者が痛みを感じにくい医療機器の提供を課題とする。医療機器は、ワイヤ2(又はパイプ)から形成される。このワイヤ2の材質は、チタン又はチタン合金である。このワイヤ2の、径方向に沿って測定された算術平均粗さRaは、0.20μm以下である。好ましくは、ワイヤ2は、主部8と酸化皮膜10とを有している。この主部8は、全体的に酸化皮膜10で覆われている。酸化皮膜10の厚みTは、0.01μm以上0.05μm以下である。ワイヤ2の直径Dは、0.05mm以上0.50mm以下である。
