(EN) An ultrasonic surgical instrument for forming a bone tunnel in a femur includes: an ultrasonic transducer that generates ultrasonic vibrations; a probe which has a base end connected to the ultrasonic transducer and a distal end treatment part for forming a bone tunnel in a femur, and which transmits therethrough the ultrasonic vibrations; and a tubular body which covers the probe, wherein the tubular body covers the base end of the probe and has a distal end that is positioned 25 to 80 mm from the distal treatment part of the probe toward the base end side.
(FR) L'invention concerne un instrument chirurgical à ultrasons pour former un tunnel osseux dans un fémur, comprenant : un transducteur à ultrasons qui génère des vibrations ultrasonores; une sonde qui présente une extrémité de base reliée au transducteur ultrasonore et une partie de traitement d'extrémité distale pour former un tunnel osseux dans un fémur et qui transmet à travers celles-ci les vibrations ultrasonores; et un corps tubulaire qui recouvre la sonde, le corps tubulaire recouvrant l'extrémité de base de la sonde et présentant une extrémité distale qui est positionnée à 25 jusqu'à 80 mm de la partie de traitement distale de la sonde vers le côté d'extrémité de base.
