Abstract:
An imaging unit 1 is provided with: an element laminated body 20 which is formed by laminating an imaging element 10 and a plurality of semiconductor elements 21-24; and a signal cable 30 having a conductor wire 31 and a shielded conductor wire 33. In the imaging unit: the semiconductor elements 21-24 have notches T21-T24 formed therein; the notches T21-T24 are connected with each other so that a groove T20 parallel to an optical axis direction is formed in a lateral surface of the element laminated body 20; lateral surface electrodes 21C, 23C are respectively disposed on the notch surfaces of the semiconductor elements 21, 23; the conductor wire 31 and the shielded conductor wire 33 are respectively housed in the notches T21, T23 that have radii R21, R23 corresponding to the radii R31, R33; and the conductor wire 31 is joined to the lateral surface electrode 21C, whereas the shielded conductor wire 33 is joined to the lateral surface electrode 23C.
