Abstract:
(EN) A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery (10) which is provided with a negative electrode collector (11) and a negative electrode active material layer (12) that is arranged on at least one surface of the negative electrode collector (11) and contains a silicon-containing alloy having a silicon content of 20% by mass or more. This nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery (10) is configured such that: the rated capacity is 3 Ah or more; the volume per rated capacity is from 2 cm3/Ah to 10 cm3/Ah (inclusive); the contact pressure applied to the surface of the negative electrode active material layer (12) is 1.6 kgf/cm2 or more; the product of the tensile fracture stress (MPa) and the tensile fracture strain (%) of the negative electrode active material layer (12) is more than 2.1 MPa; and the product of the tensile fracture stress (MPa), the thickness (m) and the tensile fracture strain (%) of the negative electrode collector (11) is more than 45 N/m.
(FR) L'invention concerne une batterie secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux (10) comprenant un collecteur d'électrode négative (11) et une couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative (12) qui est disposé sur au moins une surface du collecteur d'électrode négative (11) et contient un alliage contenant du silicium ayant une teneur en silicium de 20 % en masse ou plus. Cette batterie secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux (10) est configurée de telle sorte que : la capacité nominale est de 3 Ah ou plus; le volume par capacité nominale est de 2 cm3/Ah à 10 cm3/Ah (inclus); la pression de contact appliquée à la surface de la couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative (12) est de 1,6 kgf/cm2 ou plus; le produit de la contrainte de rupture en traction (MPa) et de la contrainte de rupture en traction (%) de la couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative (12) est supérieure à 2,1 MPa; et le produit de la contrainte de rupture en traction (MPa), l'épaisseur (m) et la contrainte de rupture en traction (%) du collecteur d'électrode négative (11) est supérieure à 45 N/m.
