Abstract:
(EN) This fluid measuring device is provided with: an irradiation unit (120) that irradiates a fluid (200) with light; a light receiving unit (131) that receives light scattered by the fluid; a detecting unit (310) that detects a backflow of the fluid on the basis of a light reception signal from the light receiving unit; and a calculating unit (320) that calculates, on the basis of the detection result by the detection unit and the light reception signal from the light receiving unit, estimated fluid information indicating the flow rate or flow speed of the fluid. Accordingly, even when a backflow of the fluid temporarily occurs, the flow speed of the fluid can be precisely measured.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de fluide doté : d'une unité d'exposition à un rayonnement (120) qui expose un fluide (200) à un rayonnement de lumière ; d'une unité de réception de lumière (131) qui reçoit de la lumière diffusée par le fluide ; d'une unité de détection (310) qui détecte un refoulement du fluide sur la base d'un signal de réception de lumière provenant de l'unité de réception de lumière ; et d'une unité de calcul (320) qui calcule des informations de fluide estimées indiquant le débit ou la vitesse d'écoulement du fluide sur la base du résultat de détection obtenu par l'unité de détection et du signal de réception de lumière provenant de l'unité de réception de lumière. Il est par conséquent possible de mesurer avec précision la vitesse d'écoulement du fluide, même en présence d'un refoulement temporaire du fluide.
(JA) 流体測定装置は、流体(200)に光を照射する照射部(120)と、流体によって散乱された光を受光する受光部(131)と、受光部の受光信号に基づいて、流体の逆流を検出する検出部(310)と、検出部の検出結果と受光部の受光信号とに基づいて、流体の流量又は流速を示す推定流体情報を算出する算出部(320)とを備える。これにより、流体に一時的な逆流が発生した場合でも、流体の速度を正確に測定することが可能である。
