Abstract:
(EN) When estimating respiratory muscle pressure and respiratory mechanics using a P0.1 maneuver patient inspiration onset for a patient connected to a ventilator (64) is detected, and the airway of the patient is occluded for a first predetermined time period. A first respiratory muscle pressure (Pmus) profile is estimated during the airway occlusion. Resistance (R) and compliance (C) values and a second Pmus profile generated during a second predetermined time period are then estimated. A third Pmus profile is estimated during a third predetermined time period that extends from the end of the second predetermined time period until the end of inspiration. Pmus(t) over an entire breath is estimated by concatenating the first, second and third Pmus profiles, and the estimated R and C values and the estimated Pmus profiles are output on a display.
(FR) Lors de l'estimation de la pression musculaire respiratoire et de la mécanique respiratoire à l'aide de la situation de la P0.1, le début de l'inspiration du patient est détecté, pour un patient relié à un respirateur (64), et les voies aériennes du patient sont occluses pendant un premier laps de temps prédéterminé. Un premier profil de pression musculaire respiratoire (Pmus) est estimé pendant l'occlusion des voies aériennes. Des valeurs de résistance (R) et de conformité (C) et un deuxième profil Pmus générés pendant un deuxième laps de temps prédéterminé sont ensuite estimés. Un troisième profil Pmus est estimé pendant un troisième laps de temps prédéterminé qui va de la fin du deuxième laps de temps prédéterminé à la fin de l'inspiration. La valeur Pmus(t) sur la totalité d'une inspiration est estimée par concaténation des premier, deuxième et troisième profils Pmus, et les valeurs R et C estimées et les profils Pmus estimés sont affichés sur un dispositif d'affichage.
