Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method (1) for producing a high-carbon fibre or group of fibres (2), characterised in that it comprises the combination (100) of a structured precursor (10) comprising a fibre or a group of fibres of hydrocellulose, and a non-structured precursor (15), comprising lignin or a lignin derivative, in the form of a solution having a viscosity of less than 15 000 MPa.s-1 at the temperature at which the combination step (100) is carried out, in such a way as to produce a fibre or a group of fibres of hydrocellulose covered with said lignin or lignin derivative (20), said method also comprising the following steps: a step of thermal and dimensional stabilisation (200) of the fibre or the group of fibres of hydrocellulose covered with said lignin (20) in such a way as to produce a fibre or a group of fibres of hydrocellulose covered with a lignin or lignin derivative deposit (30), and a step of carbonisation (300) of the fibre or the group of fibres of hydrocellulose covered with a lignin deposit (30) in such a way as to produce a high-carbon fibre or group of fibres (2).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication (1) d'une fibre ou d'un ensemble de fibres hautement carbonés (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la combinaison (100) d'un précurseur structuré (10) comportant une fibre ou un ensemble de fibres d'hydrocellulose, et d'un précurseur non structuré (15), comportant de la lignine ou un dérivé de lignine, se présentant sous la forme d'une solution ayant une viscosité inférieure à 15 000 m Pa.s-1 à la température à laquelle se déroule l'étape de combinaison (100), de façon à obtenir une fibre ou un ensemble de fibres d'hydrocellulose recouvertes de ladite lignine ou dérivé de lignine (20), ledit procédé comprenant en outre les étapes suivantes : - une étape de stabilisation thermique et dimensionnelle (200) de la fibre ou de l'ensemble de fibres d'hydrocellulose recouvertes de ladite lignine (20) de façon à obtenir une fibre ou un ensemble de fibres d'hydrocellulose recouvertes d'un dépôt de lignine ou dérivé de lignine (30), et - une étape de carbonisation (300) de la fibre ou de l'ensemble de fibres d'hydrocellulose recouvertes d'un dépôt de lignine (30) de façon à obtenir une fibre ou un ensemble de fibres hautement carbonés (2).
