Abstract:
(EN) Method of delivering a dose of liquid product implemented by a dosing system comprising a peristaltic pump (1) exhibiting a flexible tube (2), a stator (3) supporting the flexible tube (2) and a rotor (4) with idlers (5) deforming the flexible tube between the rotor and the stator, the peristaltic pump comprising an N-step stepper motor for propelling the rotor and an electronic drive device for controlling the pump. Notably, this method takes account of the inactive angular ranges of the rotor for which the pump does not deliver any liquid. According to the invention, the electronic drive device comprises a circuit for metering the actual position corresponding to the step P0+n in which n corresponds to an integer number of steps between 0 and N-1, and in which the electronic drive device automatically delivers the dose determined by the advance of the rotor, by the determined integer number of steps, over the active angular ranges by comparing the actual position with the mapping in such a way as to implement an automatic phase of recouping the inactive angular ranges when the actual position corresponds to a step of an inactive angular range.
(FR) Procédé de délivrance de dose de produit liquide mis en œuvre par un système de dosage comprenant une pompe péristaltique (1) présentant un tube flexible (2), un stator (3) soutenant le tube flexible (2) et un rotor (4) avec des galets (5) déformant le tube flexible entre le rotor et le stator, la pompe péristaltique comprenant un moteur pas-à- pas à N pas pour l'entrainement du rotor et un dispositif de pilotage électronique pour le contrôle de la pompe. De manière notable ce procédé tient compte des plages angulaires inactives du rotor pour lesquelles la pompe ne délivre pas de liquide. Selon l'invention, le dispositif de pilotage électronique comprend un circuit de comptage de la position réelle correspondant au pas P0+n dans lequel n correspond à un nombre entier de pas compris entre 0 et N-1, et dans lequel le dispositif de pilotage électronique délivre automatiquement la dose déterminée par l'avance du rotor, du nombre de pas entier déterminé, sur les plages angulaires actives en comparant la position réelle avec la cartographie de manière à mettre en œuvre une étape automatique de rattrapage des plages angulaires inactives lorsque la position réelle correspond à un pas d'une plage angulaire inactive.
