Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a device, system and method for obtaining a vital signal of a subject. To achieved increased robustness against motion, the device comprises a decomposition unit (12) for performing a spectral decomposition of at least two photoplethysmography detection signals being related to a physiological property of the subject and allowing extraction of a vital sign of the subject to obtain two or more spectral components of the detection signals. A weight is determined per spectral component based on an estimate of the relevance of the respective spectral component to the vital sign, derived from a characteristic of said spectral component. Finally, a vital sign is obtained by weighting at least part of the spectral components with the determined corresponding weight and extracting a vital sign from the weighted spectral components or by extracting two or more vital sign sub-signals from individual spectral components of the at least two detection signals and, weighting the extracted vital sign sub-signals with the determined weight of the corresponding spectral component, and extracting a vital sign from the weighted vital sign sub-signals.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un dispositif, un système et un procédé d'obtention d'un signe vital d'un sujet. Afin d'obtenir une robustesse accrue contre le mouvement, le dispositif comprend une unité de décomposition (12) pour effectuer une décomposition spectrale d'au moins deux signaux de détection de photopléthysmographie se rapportant à une propriété physiologique du sujet et permettre l'extraction d'un signe vital du sujet pour obtenir au moins deux composantes spectrales des signaux de détection. Un poids est déterminé par composante spectrale sur la base d'une estimation de la pertinence de la composante spectrale correspondante par rapport au signe vital, dérivée d'une caractéristique de ladite composante spectrale. Enfin, un signe vital est obtenu par pondération d'au moins une partie des composantes spectrales avec le poids correspondant déterminé et extraction d'un signe vital à partir des composantes spectrales pondérées ou par extraction d'au moins deux sous-signaux de signe vital à partir des composantes spectrales individuelles des deux signaux de détection ou plus et pondération des sous-signaux de signe vital extraits avec le poids déterminé de la composante spectrale correspondante, et extraction d'un signe vital à partir des sous-signaux de signe vital pondérés.
