Abstract:
(EN) A method of automatically adapting the magnetic characteristics of a synchronous reluctance motor (2), of the type that comprises a stator (3) housing a rotor (4) therein and defining at least one pair of axes of minimum and maximum magnetic reluctance (D, Q), a control unit (5) for controlling power supply to the motor, wherein the motor has predetermined rated current (I) and rated voltage (V) values experimentally obtained on the bench, and wherein the supply current has components (id, iq) along the axes of minimum and maximum reluctance; the method comprises the steps of applying a predetermined number of voltage and current variations (dV, dl) to the stator with a predetermined frequency (f), determining differential inductances (Ldiff) in response to voltage and current variations, calculating the flux curves (λd, λq) of the motor by integrating the differential inductances (Ldiff) and mapping said curves in the control unit for automatically adapting the magnetic characteristics of the motor with substantially the same accuracy as that of an experimental test. The numbers (m, n) of voltage and current variations is relatively small as compared with the number of measurements experimentally taken on the bench.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'adaptation automatique des caractéristiques magnétiques d'un moteur à réluctance synchrone (2) du type qui comporte : un stator (3) logeant intérieurement un rotor (4) et délimitant au moins une paire d'axes de réluctance magnétique minimale et maximale (D, Q) ; une unité de commande (5) servant à commander l'alimentation électrique du moteur, le moteur ayant un courant nominal prédéterminé (I) et des valeurs de tension nominale (V) obtenues expérimentalement sur le banc, le courant d'alimentation ayant des composantes (id, iq) le long des axes de réluctance minimale et maximale. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à appliquer un nombre prédéterminé de variations de tension et de courant (dV, dl) au stator à une fréquence prédéterminée (f) ; à déterminer des inductances différentielles (Ldiff) en réponse à des variations de tension et de courant ; à calculer les courbes de flux (λd, λq) du moteur par intégration des inductances différentielles (Ldiff) et à établir une correspondance avec lesdites courbes dans l'unité de commande de façon à adapter automatiquement les caractéristiques magnétiques du moteur avec sensiblement la même précision que celle d'un essai expérimental. Les nombres (m, n) de variations de tension et de courant sont relativement petits par comparaison avec le nombre de mesures effectuées expérimentalement sur le banc.
