Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cross-linked polymer comprising reacting at least one polymer having at least one -SO2X group, with X being F or CI, a basic compound, and certain salts including a ring-quaternized pyridinium-type nitrogen, and possessing at least two groups in ortho or para position thereto comprising reactive hydrogen atoms; cross-linking has been proven to proceed effectively, delivering cross-linked polymers possessing improved chemical resistance and mechanical performances.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un polymère réticulé comprenant la réaction d'au moins un polymère présentant au moins un groupe -SO2X, X représentant F ou Cl, d'un composé basique et de certains sels comprenant un azote de type pyridinium quaternisé par un cycle et présentant au moins deux groupes en position ortho ou para par rapport à celui-ci, comprenant des atomes d'hydrogène réactifs ; il s'est avéré que la réticulation se produit de manière efficace, permettant d'obtenir des polymères réticulés possédant une résistance chimique et des performances mécaniques améliorées.
