Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a probe (10) for removing constituents of a medium in a bioreactor, having a dimensionally stable probe head (12) for arrangement in the medium, wherein the probe head (12) has a first removal opening (24) for unchanging removal of medium, said first removal opening being connected in a fluid-conductive manner to a first removal line (28). The probe is distinguished by provision being made of a second removal opening (34) in the probe head (12) for removing only one or more predetermined individual constituents of the medium, said second removal opening being connected in a fluid-conductive manner to a second removal line (38). Further, the invention relates to a single use bioreactor.
(FR) L'invention concerne une sonde (10) servant à prélever des constituants d'une substance dans un bioréacteur, comprenant une tête de sonde (12) indéformable destinée à être disposée dans la substance, la tête de sonde (12) présentant une première ouverture de prélèvement (24) permettant de prélever la substance, sans modification de cette dernière, ladite première ouverture de prélèvement étant reliée fluidiquement à une première conduite de prélèvement (28). La sonde est caractérisée en ce qu'une deuxième ouverture de prélèvement (34) est ménagée dans la tête de sonde (12) pour prélever seulement un ou plusieurs constituants individuels prédéfinis de la substance, ladite deuxième ouverture de prélèvement étant reliée fluidiquement à une deuxième conduite de prélèvement (38). L'invention concerne en outre un bioréacteur à usage unique.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sonde (10) zur Entnahme von Bestandteilen eines Mediums in einem Bioreaktor, mit einem formsteifen Sondenkopf (12) zur Anordnung in dem Medium, wobei der Sondenkopf (12) eine erste Entnahmeöffnung (24) zur unveränderten Entnahme von Medium aufweist, die mit einer ersten Entnahmeleitung (28) fluidleitend verbunden ist. Die Sonde zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass eine zweite Entnahmeöffnung (34) in dem Sondenkopf (12), zur Entnahme nur von einem oder mehreren vorbestimmten einzelnen Bestandteilen des Mediums, die mit einer zweiten Entnahmeleitung (38) fluidleitend verbunden ist vorgesehen ist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner einen Single-Use-Bioreaktor.
