Abstract:
(EN) A joint connection for a recycled block concrete modular beam-column and a construction method therefor A joint comprises a square steel tube recycled block concrete column (1); a U-shaped steel-encased recycled block concrete beam (7); U-shaped steel connectors (6), which are partially reduced at bottoms thereof and which are widened on one end thereof; steel connecting plates (2) which are provided with grooves, and short steel bars (3) which are provided with threads on one end thereof. The U-shaped steel connectors (6) and the steel connecting plates (2) are welded onto an outer wall of a square steel tube (11) which is located in a core area of the joint. The short steel bars (3) are welded into the grooves of the steel connecting plates (2) on one end, while on the other end being connected, by means of a steel sleeve (4), to longitudinal bars (5) at a top part of the U-shaped steel-encased recycled block concrete beam (7). The joint prevents the longitudinal bars of the beam from traversing the core area, increasing the anti-seismic capability of the entire structure while expediting construction.
(FR) L'invention concerne un raccord d'articulation pour une colonne de poutre modulaire en béton à blocs recyclés et un procédé de construction pour celui-ci; un joint comprend une colonne en béton à blocs recyclés et à tube en acier carré (1); une poutre en béton à blocs recyclés entourée d'acier en forme de U (7); des connecteurs en acier en forme de U (6), qui sont partiellement réduits au niveau de leurs fonds et qui sont élargis sur une de leurs extrémités; des plaques de liaison en acier (2) qui sont pourvues de rainures, et de courtes barres d'acier (3) qui sont pourvues de fils sur l'une de leurs extrémités. Les connecteurs en acier en forme de U (6) et les plaques de liaison en acier (2) sont soudés sur une paroi externe d'un tube en acier carré (11) qui est situé dans une zone centrale du joint. Les courtes barres d'acier (3) sont soudées dans les rainures des plaques de liaison en acier (2) sur une extrémité, tandis que, sur l'autre extrémité, elles sont reliées, au moyen d'un manchon en acier (4), à des barres longitudinales (5) au niveau d'une partie supérieure de la poutre de béton à blocs recyclés entourée d'acier en forme de U (7). Le joint empêche les barres longitudinales de la poutre de traverser la zone centrale, augmentant la capacité anti-sismique de toute la structure tout en accélérant la construction.
(ZH) 一种再生块体混凝土组合梁柱的节点连接及其施工方法。该节点包括方钢管再生块体混凝土柱(1)、U形外包钢再生块体混凝土梁(7)、底板局部削弱且单端加宽的U形钢连接件(6)、带凹槽的钢连接板(2)和单端带螺纹的短钢筋棒(3)。在节点核心区的方钢管(11)外壁上焊接U形钢连接件(6)和钢连接板(2),短钢筋棒(3)的一端焊接在钢连接板(2)的凹槽中,另一端与U形外包钢再生块体混凝土梁(7)的上部纵筋(5)通过钢套筒(4)进行连接。该节点避免了梁的纵筋穿越节点核心区,提高了整体结构的抗震性能,加快了施工速度。
