The shoe sole is formed by a flexible mid-sole (10A), a mid-sole (10B) with moderate hardness fixedly connected from the part bearing the force of the centre of gravity to the fore foot concentrated force part, a rear flexible lower sole (12) and a rigid lower sole (8) fixedly connected to the flexible mid-sole (10A), and a front flexible wear-resistant lower sole (11A). A front part of the flexible mid-sole (10A) is fixedly connected to a front part of the rigid lower sole (8). A rear end of the flexible lower sole (12) is fixed with the heel (2). Provided are adjustable high-heeled shoes with a good comfort level and good stability, with the height of the heel (2) being convenient to adjust and the heel (2) being convenient to replace.
