Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of intelligent terminal touch devices. Disclosed is a full lamination process of a 3D curved tempered glass AB glue, mainly comprising the steps of: determining the size of the AB glue by selecting 3D curved tempered glass to be processed, and forming a half-broken line on the AB glue; performing semi-automatic lamination on the 3D curved tempered glass and the AB glue; checking whether the lamination position of the AB glue completely overlap with the edge of the 3D curved temper glass; and bonding a 3D mobile phone cover plate to the 3D curved tempered glass bonded to the AB glue, thereby completing the full lamination process of the 3D curved tempered glass AB glue. The beneficial effects of the process of the present invention are that: lamination of a 3D curved tempered glass AB glue endows a mobile phone with a more aesthetic appearance and better user experience, improves the strength of the mobile phone, and may prevent damages to a human body after being cracked.
