Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a temperature control alignment device based on a multi-model glass technique, the device comprising a machine platform (1) divided into at least two regions (2) and a heating module (3) corresponding to each region (2). Each heating module (3) comprises a heat-conducting sheet (31), a liquid pipeline (32) and an electrical heater (33). By providing a heating module (3) for each region (2) so as to heat different regions (2), reaction rates of reaction type monomers in a panel of different regions (2) are consistent, thereby forming a consistent pre-tilt angle.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alignement de régulation de température basé sur une technique de verre à modèles multiples, le dispositif comprenant une plate-forme de machine (1) divisé en au moins deux régions (2) et un module de chauffage (3) correspondant à chaque région (2). Chaque module de chauffage (3) comprend une feuille thermoconductrice (31), une conduite de liquide (32) et un dispositif de chauffage électrique (33). En fournissant un module de chauffage (3) pour chaque région (2) de façon à chauffer différentes régions (2), des vitesses de réaction de monomères de type réaction dans un panneau de différentes régions (2) sont cohérentes, ce qui permet de former un angle de pré-inclinaison constant.
