Abstract:
Provided is an adhesive for injection adhesion of glass, a metal and plastic in a mould. The components thereof and the weight percentages of the raw materials are: 15%-18% of an aliphatic polyurethane, 10%-12% of an E-44 epoxy resin, 0.5%-1% of acetic acid, 58.5%-64.5% of deionized water, 0-6% of acetone, 0-10% of N-methylpyrrolidone and 1%-1.5% of ethanediamine. The adhesive for injection adhesion of glass, a metal and plastic in a mould, provided by the present invention, has the properties such as an extremely strong adhesive strength, an extremely strong corrosion resistance and a high temperature resistance; the product has a good formability and can be matched with an automatic gelatinizing equipment; and the adhesive has the characteristics such as green environment protection and a long service life, the requirement of industrial mass production can be met, and the production efficiency and the product quality are improved.
