Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for preparing a quantum rod/polymer fiber membrane by using electrospinning technique. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an quantum rod solution; (2) preparing a polymer solution, and adding the quantum rod solution obtained in step (1) into the polymer solution so as to form an electrospinning precursor solution with a volume concentration of the quantum rods of 5%-80%; and (3) adding the electrospinning precursor solution into an electrospinning device, regulating the voltage of a generator and the receiving distance, and then performing electrospinning to prepare the quantum rod/polymer fiber membrane. By adjusting the concentration of the quantum rod solution and parameters in the electrospinning process, the method realizes directional arrangements of the quantum rods in the electrospinning process, thereby obtaining the quantum rod/polymer fiber membrane with high degree of polarization performance.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de membrane à fibres de polymère et tiges quantiques grâce à une technique d'électrofilage. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) préparer une solution de tiges quantiques ; (2) préparer une solution de polymère, et ajouter la solution de tiges quantiques obtenue à l'étape (1) dans la solution de polymère de façon à former une solution de précurseur d'électrofilage avec une concentration volumique des tiges quantiques de 5 % à 80 % ; et (3) ajouter la solution de précurseur d'électrofilage dans un dispositif d'électrofilage, réguler la tension d'un générateur et la distance de réception, puis réaliser l'électrofilage pour préparer la membrane à fibres de polymère et tiges quantiques. En réglant la concentration de la solution de tiges quantiques et des paramètres du processus d'électrofilage, le procédé réalise des agencements directionnels des tiges quantiques durant le processus d'électrofilage, ce qui permet d'obtenir la membrane à fibres de polymère et tiges quantiques avec un haut niveau de performance de polarisation.
(ZH) 涉及一种利用静电纺丝技术制备量子棒/聚合物纤维膜的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)配制量子棒溶液;(2)配制聚合物溶液,将步制得的量子棒溶液加入聚合物溶液中形成量子棒体积浓度为5%~80%静电纺丝前驱溶液;(3)将静电纺丝前驱溶液加入静电纺丝装置中,调节发生器电压以及接收距离后,进行静电纺丝,制得量子棒/聚合物纤维膜。所述方法通过调节量子棒溶液浓度以及静电纺丝过程中的参数,实现静电纺丝过程中量子棒的定向排列,进而制得具有高度偏振性能的量子棒/聚合物纤维膜。
