Abstract:
(EN) A method for in vitro detection of active tuberculosis, the method being based on the application of a reagent for quantitative detection of tuberculosis related factors IFN-γ and IL-2 in the in vitro detection of tuberculosis. Compared to existing methods for active tuberculosis detection, the present method is more precise and specific in determining active tuberculosis. Compared to existing gold standard sputum culture, detection time is greatly reduced, providing clinical physicians with a basis for prompt patient diagnosis and medication guidance, and having positive implications for the control of tuberculosis. The tuberculosis for detection includes all tuberculosis, including pulmonary tuberculosis, lymph node tuberculosis, intestinal tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, and renal tuberculosis, having wide coverage and application.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection in vitro de tuberculose active, le procédé étant basé sur l’application d’un réactif pour la détection quantitative des facteurs liés à la tuberculose IFN-γ et IL-2 dans la détection in vitro de la tuberculose. Par rapport aux procédés existants pour la détection de la tuberculose active, le présent procédé est plus précis et spécifique dans la détermination de la tuberculose active. Par rapport à une culture d’expectoration standard de référence existante, le temps de détection est grandement réduit, fournissant à des médecins cliniques une base pour le diagnostic de patient rapide et un guidage de médicament, et ayant des implications positives pour la lutte contre la tuberculose. La tuberculose pour détection comprend toutes les tuberculoses, comprenant la tuberculose pulmonaire, la tuberculose des ganglions lymphatiques, la tuberculose intestinale, la tuberculose osseuse et la tuberculose rénale, ayant de larges couverture et application.
