Abstract:
An intelligent plastic pipe molding machine, comprising an operating platform (1) of which one side is provided with a vertical rod (2) and a controller (14), the operating platform (1) being provided thereon with a transversely movable left clamping seat (5) and a fixed right clamping seat (6); one side of the vertical rod (2) is connected to a cylinder I (4) which is connected to the left clamping seat (5), the left clamping seat (5) being collinear with the right clamping seat (6); a transverse rod (3) is connected to the upper end of the vertical rod (2), and the lower end of the transverse rod (3) is connected to a cylinder II (11); a molding head (12) is connected to the lower end of the cylinder II (11); a left half boss (7) is provided on the left clamping seat (5) and a right half boss (8) is provided on the right clamping seat (6); a clamping opening is formed between the left half boss (7) and the right half boss (8); a pressure sensor (9) and a temperature sensor (10) are provided on the inner wall of the left half boss (7); a heater (13) is sleeved outside the left half boss (7) and the right half boss (8); the clamping opening, the heater (13) and the molding head (12) are located on the same center line; the heater (13), the cylinder I (4), the cylinder II (11), the pressure sensor (9) and the temperature sensor (10) are respectively connected to the controller (14). The molding machine solves the problems of high labor intensity, low processing efficiency and a lower degree of intelligence in processing.
