Title: WEAR-RESISTANT NOISE-REDUCTION AUTOMOBILE HALF SHAFT
Abstract:
A wear-resistant noise-reduction automobile half shaft, comprising: a flange (1) used for connecting a bridge body, a half shaft rod (2) integrally formed with the flange (1), and a spline shaft (3) formed on the end of the half shaft rod (2), a plurality of bolt connection holes (4) being formed on the flange (1), and a recessed groove (5) being formed in the centre position of the face of the flange furthest from the spline shaft (3), a pair of lugs (6) being arranged symmetrically between the recessed groove and the upper surface of the flange (1), and a centre hole (7) being formed on the end of the spline shaft (3) for connection to a wheel hub. The advantages thereof are: the structure of the automobile half shaft is novel, and the recessed groove (5) and the lugs (6) arranged on the upper surface of the flange (1) improve the wear resistance and noise reduction capability of the automobile half shaft; in addition, a composite coating layer coated on the surface of the automobile half shaft further improves the performance of the automobile half shaft; when the components synergise, the noise level of the automobile half shaft reaches an optimum Z1 level and the rate of abrasion is reduced to 1.5% or lower, improving the comfort and stability of product use.
