Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a free-cutting brass alloy and a manufacturing method therefor. The copper alloy comprises, by weight percentage: 62% - 65% of copper, 0.01% - 0.15% of iron, 0.2% - 0.6% of tin, 0.2% - 0.6% of aluminum, 0.02% - 0.2% of nickel, 0.06% - 0.15% of arsenic, 0.3% - 1.2% of bismuth, 0.03% - 0.15% of antimony, 0.0005% - 0.0025% of boron, 34% - 37% of zinc and 0.01% - 0.1% of a mixed rare earth modificator.
(FR) L’invention concerne un alliage de laiton de décolletage et son procédé de fabrication. L'alliage de cuivre comprend, en pourcentage en poids : de 62 % à 65 % de cuivre, de 0,01 % à 0,15 % de fer, 0,2 % à 0,6 % d'étain, 0,2 % à 0,6 % d'aluminium, 0,02 % à 0,2 % de nickel, 0,06 % à 0,15 % d'arsenic, 0,3 % à 1,2 % de bismuth, 0,03 % à 0,15 % d'antimoine, 0,0005 % à 0,0025 % de bore, 34 % à 37 % de zinc et 0,01 % à 0,1 % d'un modificateur mixte de terres rares.
