Abstract:
(EN) A hot-rolled steel sheet for manufacturing electrical steel having a scale layer on the surface thereof, wherein the lightness L* in accordance with JIS Z 8781-4:2013 of the steel sheet surface satisfies the expression 30 ≤ L* ≤ 50 and the chromaticities a* and b* thereof satisfy the expressions -1 ≤ a* ≤ 2 and -5 ≤ b* ≤ 3, respectively, and the color difference ∆Eab * in accordance with JIS Z 8781-4:2013 in a center part and a reverse-side end part using one end part in a coil longitudinal direction as a reference furthermore satisfies the expression ∆Eab * ≤ 8, whereby a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is obtained in which there is minimal variation of characteristics within a product coil.
(FR) L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud destinée à la fabrication de fer doux présentant une couche de calamine sur sa surface. Conformément à la norme JIS Z 8781-4:2013, la clarté L* de la surface de la tôle d'acier satisfait à l'expression 30 ≤ L* ≤ 50 et les chromaticités a* et b* de cette dernière satisfont aux expressions -1 ≤ a* ≤ 2 et -5 ≤ b* ≤ 3, respectivement, et la différence de couleur ∆Eab *, conformément à la norme JIS Z 8781-4:2013, dans une partie centrale et une partie extrémité côté envers utilisant une partie extrémité dans une direction longitudinale de bobine en tant que référence satisfont en outre à l'expression ∆Eab * ≤ 8, ce qui permet d'obtenir une tôle de fer doux à grains orientés dans laquelle il existe une variation minimale de caractéristiques à l'intérieur d'une bobine de produit.
(JA) 表面にスケール層を有する電磁鋼板製造用の熱延鋼板において、該鋼板表面のJIS Z 8781-4:2013に規定される明度L*を30≦L*≦50、かつ色度a*、b*をそれぞれ-1≦a*≦2、-5≦b*≦3とし、さらにコイル長手方向の一端部を基準として、中央部および反対側端部におけるJIS Z 8781-4:2013に規定される色差ΔEab*をΔEab*≦8とすることにより、製品コイル内での特性のバラツキが小さい方向性電磁鋼板を得る。
