Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology which is capable of appropriately supplying a corrosion inhibitor to a connecting portion between a wire and a terminal in each terminal-equipped wire. This corrosion inhibitor supply device is provided with: an imaging unit which is capable of imaging a connecting portion between a terminal and a wire in a terminal-equipped wire; a supply condition determination unit which determines supply conditions for supplying a corrosion inhibitor to the connecting portion, on the basis of imaging data from the imaging unit; and a supply unit which supplies the corrosion inhibitor to the connecting portion on the basis of the supply conditions. The supply conditions are determined on the basis of the position of an edge of a coating along the longitudinal direction of the wire with respect to the terminal.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technologie permettant de fournir de manière appropriée un inhibiteur de corrosion à une partie de liaison entre un fil et une borne dans chaque fil équipé d'une borne. Ledit dispositif d'alimentation en inhibiteur de corrosion comprend : une unité d'imagerie qui est capable d'imager une partie de connexion entre une borne et un fil dans un fil équipé d'une borne ; une unité de détermination de condition d'alimentation qui détermine des conditions d'alimentation pour fournir un inhibiteur de corrosion à la partie de connexion, sur la base de données d'imagerie provenant de l'unité d'imagerie ; et une unité d'alimentation qui fournit l'inhibiteur de corrosion à la partie de connexion sur la base des conditions d'alimentation. Les conditions d'alimentation sont déterminées sur la base de la position d'un bord d'un revêtement le long de la direction longitudinale du fil par rapport à la borne.
(JA) 本発明は、端子付電線における電線と端子との接続部分に端子付電線ごとに適切に防食剤を供給することができる技術を提供することを目的とする。防食剤供給装置は、端子付電線の端子と電線との接続部分を撮像可能な撮像部と、前記撮像部の撮像データに基づいて前記接続部分への防食剤の供給条件を決定する供給条件決定部と、前記供給条件に基づいて前記接続部分に防食剤を供給する供給部と、を備える。例えば、前記供給条件は、前記端子に対する前記電線の長手方向に沿った被覆の縁部の位置に基づいて決定される。
