Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Testen von Türen, Fenster, Abdeckungen, Portalen und dergleichen Bauteilen von Eisenbahnwaggons im Hinblick auf deren Druckertüchtigung. Sie weist zumindest eine hydraulische Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (2) und zumindest zwei den zu testenden Gegenstand kontaktierenden Aufbringungspunkten auf. Weiters ist zur gleichmäßigen Druckaufbringung vorgesehen, dass zwischen der hydraulischen Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (2) und den Aufbringungspunkten zumindest ein Verteilerstab (3) oder eine Verteilerplatte (7) vorgesehen ist, die einerseits, gegebenenfalls indirekt, mit der hydraulischen Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (2) verbunden ist, und andererseits, gegebenenfalls indirekt, mittels zumindest zweier Übertragungsstäbe (5) mit den Aufbringungspunkten verbunden ist. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Aufbringungspunkte als Druckplatten (6) ausgebildet, durch entsprechende Kaskadierung - Anordnen mehrerer derartiger Kraftteilungsvorrichtungen hintereinander - erreicht man eine besonders gleichmäße Druckaufbringung.
(EN) The invention relates to a device (1) for testing the pressure sealing of doors, windows, covers, portals and similar components of railway wagons. The device comprises at least one hydraulic cylinder-piston unit (2) and at least two application points contacting the objects to be tested. Furthermore, for applying pressure uniformly, at least one distribution bar (3) or a distribution plate (7) is provided between the hydraulic cylinder-piston unit (2) and the application points, which is optionally indirectly connected to the hydraulic cylinder-piston unit (2), and is also optionally indirectly connected to the application points by means of at least two transfer bars (5). According to the invention, the application points are designed as pressure plates (6) and by corresponding cascading - arranging several force distribution devices one behind the other - a particularly uniform pressure application is obtained.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) destiné à tester des portes, des fenêtres, des couvercles, des portiques et des éléments similaires de wagons de chemin de fer du point de vue de leur résistance à la surpression. Il comprend au moins une unité piston-cylindre hydraulique (2) et au moins deux points d'application en contact avec l'objet à tester. En outre, pour appliquer la pression de manière uniforme, au moins une barre de distribution (3) ou une plaque de distribution (7) est située entre l'unité piston-cylindre hydraulique (2) et les points d'application, et est reliée d'une part, éventuellement indirectement, à l'unité piston-cylindre hydraulique (2), et d'autre part, éventuellement indirectement, aux points d'application au moyen d'au moins deux barres de transmission (5). Selon l'invention, les points d'application sont réalisés sous la forme de plateaux de pression (6), et une mise en cascade correspondante -agencement de plusieurs dispositifs de distribution de force de ce type les uns derrière les autres- permet d'obtenir une application de force particulièrement uniforme.
