Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Elastomers, bevorzugt eines Polyurethan-haltigen Elastomers durch Umsetzung einer Polyolkomponente (A), enthaltend mindestens ein Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff Doppelbindungen enthaltendes Polyethercarbonatpolyol (A-1), mit einer OH-Gruppen-reaktiven Komponente (B) enthaltend mindestens eine gegenüber OH-Gruppen reaktive Verbindung, bevorzugt einer Isocyanatkomponente (B-1) enthaltend NCO-Gruppen, in Gegenwart eines Radikalstarter (C), bevorzugt mindestens einem Peroxid (C-1), und optional eines Katalysator (D), wobei das molare Verhältnis der OH-reaktiven Gruppen der OH-Gruppen-reaktiven Komponente (B), bevorzugt NCO-Gruppen der Isocyanatkomponente (B-1) zu den OH-Gruppen der Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff Doppelbindungen enthaltenden Polyolkomponente (A) größer als 1,0 ist. Sie betrifft weiterhin durch ein solches Verfahren erhältliche Elastomeren, bevorzugt von Polyurethan-Elastomere, deren Verwendung sowie Zwei-Komponenten-Systeme zur Herstellung von Elastomeren, bevorzugt von Polyurethan-Elastomeren.

The present invention describes a process for producing an elastomer, preferably a polyurethane-containing elastomer, by reacting a polyol component (A) comprising at least one polyether carbonate polyol (A-1) containing carbon-carbon double bonds with a component (B) which is reactive with OH groups and contains at least one compound reactive toward OH groups, preferably an isocyanate component (B-1) containing NCO groups, in the presence of a free-radical initiator (C), preferably at least one peroxide (C-1), and optionally a catalyst (D), where the molar ratio of the OH-reactive groups of the component (B) reactive with OH groups, preferably NCO groups of the isocyanate component (B-1), to the OH groups of the polyol component (A) containing carbon-carbon double bonds, is greater than 1.0. It further relates to elastomers obtainable by such a process, preferably polyurethane elastomers, the use thereof, and two-component systems for production of elastomers, preferably polyurethane elastomers.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un élastomère, de préférence d'un élastomère contenant du polyuréthane, par réaction d'un composant (A) de type polyol, contenant au moins un polyéther-carbonate-polyol contenant des doubles liaisons carbone-carbone, avec un composant (B) réactif avec des groupes OH, contenant au moins un composé réactif par rapport aux groupes OH, de préférence un composant (B-1) de type isocyanate contenant des groupes NCO, en présence d'un initiateur radicalaire, de préférence au moins un peroxyde (C-1), et éventuellement d'un catalyseur (D), le rapport molaire des groupes réactifs avec OH du composant (B) réactif avec des groupes OH, de préférence des groupes NCO du composant (B-1) de type isocyanate, aux groupes OH du composant (A) de type polyol contenant des doubles liaisons carbone-carbone étant supérieur à 1,0. L'invention concerne en outre les élastomères pouvant être obtenus par un tel procédé, de préférence des élastomères de polyuréthane, leur utilisation ainsi que des systèmes à deux composants pour la préparation d'élastomères, de préférence d'élastomères de polyuréthane.
