Abstract
(EN) Provided is a method for reducing odors including the steps of admixing active agents and a diluting agent to liquid bitumen or to liquid crumb rubber modified bitumen. The active agents comprise 20 to 60 wt.-% of an aldehyde selected from alpha-hexyl cinnamaldehyde, 2-(4-tert.-butylbenzyl) propionaldehyde, 2-benzylidenheptanal, or mixtures thereof, 10 to 40 wt.-% of one or more alcohols having boiling point of at least 150℃, and 0.3 to 1 wt.-% compound selected from a compound comprising 10 carbon atoms and an hydroxyl functional group, an ester of a compound comprising 10 carbon atoms and an hydroxyl functional group, or mixtures thereof, calculated on the total weight of active agents. The bitumen and/or crumb rubber modified bitumen obtained according to the method, and the use thereof are also provided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de réduction d'odeurs comprenant les étapes de mélange par admixtion d'agents actifs et d'un agent de dilution à du bitume liquide ou du bitume modifié avec du caoutchouc granulaire liquide. Les agents actifs comprennent de 20 à 60 % en pds d'un aldéhyde sélectionné parmi l'alpha-hexyl cinnamaldéhyde, le 2-(4-tert-butylbenzyl)propionaldéhyde, le 2-benzylidènheptanal, ou leurs mélanges, de 10 à 40 % en pds d'un ou plusieurs alcools présentant un point d'ébullition d'au moins 150 °C, et de 0,3 à 1 % en pds d'un composé sélectionné parmi un composé comprenant 10 atomes de carbone et un groupe fonctionnel hydroxyle, un ester d'un composé comprenant 10 atomes de carbone et un groupe fonctionnel hydroxyle, ou leurs mélanges, calculé sur le poids total des agents actifs. La présente invention concerne également le bitume et/ou le bitume modifié avec du caoutchouc granulaire obtenu selon le procédé, et son utilisation.
