Abstract:
(EN) A system, method, and apparatus for compressing and transmitting motion data. The method comprises receiving high fidelity motion data from a motion sensing device, the high fidelity motion data including a plurality of motion data samples; transmitting the high fidelity motion data to a server; compressing the high fidelity motion data, wherein compressing the high fidelity motion data comprises identifying a subset of the motion data samples and generating a value representing the summary of activity based on the subset of the motion data samples; and transmitting the compressed high fidelity motion data to a server.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système, un procédé et un appareil de compression et de transmission de données de mouvement. Le procédé comprend la réception de données de mouvement à haute fidélité depuis un dispositif de détection de mouvement, les données de mouvement à haute fidélité comprenant une pluralité d’échantillons de données de mouvement ; la transmission des données de mouvement à haute fidélité à un serveur ; la compression des données de mouvement à haute fidélité, la compression des données de mouvement à haute fidélité comprenant l’identification d’un sous-ensemble des échantillons de données de mouvement et la génération d’une valeur représentant le résumé d’activité sur la base du sous-ensemble des échantillons de données de mouvement ; et la transmission des données de mouvement à haute fidélité compressées à un serveur.
