Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a deposition mask having a plurality of fine through-holes formed on a metal foil; a metal foil to be used therein; manufacturing methods therefor; and an organic EL device manufacturing method using the deposition mask, and provides an Fe-Ni alloy metal foil to be used as a deposition mask, comprising 34-46 wt% of Ni and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the metal foil comprises a pattern formation area and an uncoated area on at least one surface thereof, the pattern formation area is thinner than the uncoated area and has low surface roughness, and the uncoated area is positioned at the edge of the metal foil so as to surround the pattern formation area.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un masque de dépôt possédant une pluralité de trous traversants fins formés sur une feuille métallique ; une feuille métallique à utiliser dans ledit masque de dépôt ; des procédés de fabrication associés ; et un procédé de fabrication de dispositif électroluminescent organique utilisant le masque de dépôt, et fournissant une feuille métallique d'alliage Fe-Ni à utiliser en tant que masque de dépôt, comprenant de 34 à 46 % en poids de Ni et le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, la feuille métallique comprenant une zone de formation de motif et une zone non revêtue sur au moins une de ses surfaces, la zone de formation de motif étant plus mince que la zone non revêtue et possédant une faible rugosité de surface, et la zone non revêtue étant positionnée au bord de la feuille métallique de façon à entourer la zone de formation de motif.
(KO) 본 발명은 금속박에 복수개의 미세한 관통 홀을 형성한 증착용 마스크, 이에 사용되는 금속박 및 그 제조방법, 그리고, 상기 증착용 마스크를 사용하여 유기 EL 소자를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, Ni: 34~46중량%와 잔부 Fe 및 불가피 불순물을 포함하는 증착용 마스크로 사용되는 Fe-Ni 합금 금속박으로서, 상기 금속박은 적어도 일면에 패턴 형성 영역과 무지 영역을 포함하되, 상기 패턴 형성 영역은 상기 무지 영역에 비하여 두께가 얇고, 표면조도가 작으며, 상기 무지 영역은 상기 금속박의 가장자리에 위치하여 패턴 형성 영역을 포위하는 것인 증착용 마스크로 사용되는 Fe-Ni 합금 금속박을 제공한다.
