Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a hybrid-type apparatus and method for inhibiting attachment of marine organisms to a power plant intake hole by using a carbon dioxide and a chlorine-based disinfectant, the apparatus comprising: a carbon dioxide capture device for capturing carbon dioxide gas the emission regulation of which tends to be tightened, from a power plant chimney; a bubble trap for dissolving the captured carbon dioxide in seawater; a carbon dioxide dissolution tank for dissolving carbon dioxide which remains undissolved in the bubble trap; a microbubble generator for receiving carbon dioxide-containing circulating seawater transferred from the carbon dioxide dissolution tank and generating bubbles; a measuring unit for measuring a pH of cooling seawater; and a chlorine-based disinfectant generator.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de type hybride et un procédé d'inhibition de la fixation d'organismes marins à un trou d'admission de centrale électrique à l'aide de dioxyde de carbone et d'un désinfectant à base de chlore, l'appareil comprenant : un dispositif de capture de dioxyde de carbone permettant de capturer du dioxyde de carbone gazeux dont la réglementation sur les émissions tend à être resserrée, à partir d'une cheminée de centrale électrique ; un piège à bulles permettant de dissoudre le dioxyde de carbone capturé dans l'eau de mer ; un réservoir de dissolution de dioxyde de carbone permettant de dissoudre le dioxyde de carbone qui reste non dissous dans le piège à bulles ; un générateur de microbulles permettant de recevoir de l'eau de mer circulante contenant du dioxyde de carbone transféré depuis le réservoir de dissolution de dioxyde de carbone et de générer des bulles ; une unité de mesure permettant de mesurer le pH de l'eau de mer de refroidissement ; et un générateur de désinfectant à base de chlore.
(KO) 본 발명은 배출 규제가 강화되고 있는 이산화탄소 가스를 발전플랜트 연돌로부터 포집하는 이산화탄소 포집기, 포집한 이산화탄소를 해수에 용해시키는 버블트랩, 버블트랩에서 미용해된 이산화탄소를 용해되는 이산화탄소 용해 탱크, 이산화탄소 용해 탱크로부터 이송된 이산화탄소 함유 순환용 해수를 공급받아 버블을 발생시키는 마이크로버블 발생기, 냉각용 해수의 pH를 측정하는 측정부 및 염소계 살균제 발생부를 포함하는 이산화탄소와 염소계 살균제를 이용한 하이브리드 방식의 발전소 취수구 해양생물 부착억제 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
