Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for treating radioactive cesium which makes it possible to achieve a high cesium adsorption ability, reduce adsorbent replacement frequency and reduce the amount of secondary waste which is generated, and suppress treatment costs. This method for treating radioactive liquid waste containing radioactive cesium involves a step in which radioactive cesium is adsorbed by an adsorbent, by passing radioactive liquid waste containing radioactive cesium through the adsorbent, which contains synthetic mordenite particles having an average particle diameter in the range of 30-1,500μm, exhibiting a BET specific surface area of 250m2/g or more, and containing one or more types selected from the group consisting of Na, K, Mg and Ca as exchangeable cations, at a linear velocity (LV) of 1-40m/h, inclusive, and a space velocity (SV) of 200h-1 or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de césium radioactif qui permet d'obtenir une capacité d'adsorption de césium élevée, de réduire la fréquence de remplacement d'adsorbant et de réduire la quantité de déchets secondaires qui est générée, et de réduire les coûts de traitement. Ce procédé de traitement de déchets liquides radioactifs contenant du césium radioactif comprend une étape dans laquelle du césium radioactif est adsorbé par un adsorbant, en faisant passer des déchets liquides radioactifs qui contiennent du césium radioactif à travers l'adsorbant, qui contient des particules de mordénite synthétique qui présentent un diamètre moyen des particules dans la plage de 30 à 1 500 µm, qui présentent une surface spécifique BET de 250 m2/g ou plus, et qui contiennent un ou plusieurs types choisis dans le groupe constitué par Na, K, Mg et Ca en tant que cations échangeables, à une vitesse linéaire (LV) de 1 à 40 m/h, inclus, et une vitesse spatiale (SV) de 200 h-1 ou moins.
