This robot system is provided with: an input device (2); a robot arm (1); a work space (9) where an operator does work on a workpiece (6); an output device (3); a storage device (5); and a control device (4) that is configured to, when receiving, from the input device (2), first step completion information indicating that a predetermined first step is completed, cause the output device (3) to output the work content of a second step which follows the first step, and is configured to change at least one of the position and direction of the workpiece (6) held by the robot arm (1) such that the operator faces a part of the workpiece (6) on which the work is to be done in the second step.
