Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of an increase in computing time for allocating a stand-by optical path in order to achieve fast recovery from a fault at a plurality of locations in an optical network. An optical network control device of the present invention comprises: a path setting means which, on the basis of topology information including a connection relationship between a plurality of nodes and a first route selection index value of routes each connecting the plurality of nodes, sets a first path to a route among route candidates linking a start point node and an end point node of a requested traffic that has a minimum first route selection index value; a topology information modification means which calculates a second route selection index value obtained by increasing the first route selection index value of the route accommodating the first path; and a path selection means which selects a second path for a route among the route candidates that has a minimum second route selection index value.
