Abstract
(EN) A device may be configured to signal video parameters using a media transport protocol. The device may signal constraints associated with an encoded layer of video data. The device may signal one or more flags indicating whether a type of information associated with encoded video data is signaled. Flags may include one or more of a temporal scalability information present flag, a scalability information present flag, a multi-view information present flag, a picture quality information present flag, picture rate information present flag, a bit rate information flag and a color information present flag.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif qui peut être configuré pour signaler des paramètres vidéo à l'aide d'un protocole de transport multimédia. Le dispositif peut signaler des contraintes associées à une couche codée de données vidéo. Le dispositif peut signaler un ou plusieurs drapeaux indiquant si oui ou non un type d'informations associées à des données vidéo codées est signalé. Les drapeaux peuvent comprendre un ou plusieurs éléments parmi un drapeau de présentation d'informations d'extensibilité temporelle, un drapeau de présentation d'informations d'extensibilité, un drapeau de présentation d'informations multivues, un drapeau de présentation d'informations de qualité d'image, un drapeau de présentation d'informations de vitesse d'image, un drapeau d'informations de débit binaire et un drapeau de présentation d'informations de couleur.
