Abstract:
(EN) This photocurable liquid silicone composition includes (A) a straight-chain organopolysiloxane having at least 2 C2-12 alkenyl groups and not having a mercaptoalkyl group in each molecule thereof, (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least 2 mercaptoalkyl groups in each molecule thereof, (C) a branched-chain organopolysiloxane not having an alkenyl group and a mercaptoalkyl group, (D) a photoradical initiator containing a phosphorus atom, and (E) a hindered phenol compound, the photocurable liquid silicone composition having excellent storage stability and coating application properties at room temperature and low temperature (approximately 0°C) while being rapidly cured by irradiation with long-wavelength light, and the photocurable liquid silicone composition forming a cured coating film having minimal cloudiness or coloration and maintaining transparency even when left in high-temperature, high-humidity conditions.
(FR) La composition de silicone liquide photodurcissable de l’invention contient : (A) un organopolysiloxane à chaîne droite possédant au moins deux groupes alcényle de 2 à 12 atomes de carbone dans chaque molécule, mais ne possédant pas de groupe mercaptoalkyle ; (B) un organopolysiloxane possédant au moins deux groupes mercaptoalkyle dans chaque molécule ; (C) un organopolysiloxane à chaîne ramifiée ne possédant ni groupe alcényle, ni groupe mercaptoalkyle ; (D) un initiateur photoradicalaire comprenant des atomes de phosphore ; et (E) un composé phénol encombré. D’une part, la composition de l’invention présente une stabilité de conservation et des propriétés d’application qui sont excellentes à température ordinaire et à basse température (environ 0°C), d’autre part la composition de l’invention durcit rapidement sous l’effet d’une irradiation de lumière de longueur d’onde grande, et forme un film durci dont la transparence est préservée, et la turbidité ainsi que la coloration sont faibles y compris en cas d’exposition à une température et une humidité élevées.
(JA) 本発明の光硬化性液状シリコーン組成物は、(A)一分子中、炭素数2~12のアルケニル基を少なくとも2個有し、メルカプトアルキル基を有さない直鎖状オルガノポリシロキサン、(B)一分子中、メルカプトアルキル基を少なくとも2個有するオルガノポリシロキサン、(C)アルケニル基およびメルカプトアルキル基を有さない分岐鎖状オルガノポリシロキサン、(D)リン原子を含有する光ラジカル開始剤、および(E)ヒンダードフェノール化合物を含み、室温および低温(約0℃)における保存安定性および塗布性に優れる一方で、長波長の光の照射により速やかに硬化し、高温高湿条件下で放置しても、透明性を維持し、濁りや着色の少ない硬化皮膜を形成する。
