Abstract:
(EN) The present invention makes it possible to collect more of a liquid component to be collected after centrifuging. A sample separation device according to this disclosure is provided with a first flow path part that defines a sample introduction port through which a sample to be separated is introduced and extends from the sample introduction port, and a second flow path part that is connected to the first flow path part at a prescribed connection location and has a larger cross-sectional area than that of the first flow path part, said second flow path part defining a liquid component collection port for collecting a liquid component after separation and extending from the prescribed connection location to the liquid component collection port. At least one from among the first flow path part and second flow path part includes a curved flow path part (fig. 3).
(FR) La présente invention permet de collecter plus d'un composant liquide à collecter après centrifugation. Un dispositif de séparation d'échantillon selon l'invention est pourvu d'une première partie de trajet d'écoulement délimitant un orifice d'introduction d'échantillon à travers lequel un échantillon à séparer est introduit et s'étendant à partir de l'orifice d'introduction d'échantillon, et une seconde partie de trajet d'écoulement reliée à la première partie de trajet d'écoulement à un emplacement de connexion prescrit et possédant une aire de section transversale plus grande que celle de la première partie de trajet d'écoulement, ladite seconde partie de trajet d'écoulement délimitant un orifice de collecte de composant liquide destiné à collecter un composant liquide après séparation et s'étendant de l'emplacement de connexion prescrit à l'orifice de collecte de composant liquide. La première partie de trajet d'écoulement et/ou la seconde partie de trajet d'écoulement comprennent une partie de trajet d'écoulement incurvée (fig. 3).
(JA) 遠心分離後の対象液体成分をより多く採取することを可能にする。本開示による試料分離デバイスは、分離対象の試料が導入される試料導入口を規定し、当該試料導入口から延びる第1の流路部と、第1の流路部と所定の接続箇所で接続され、第1の流路部の断面積よりも大きい断面積を有する第2の流路部であって、分離後の液体成分を採取する液体成分採取口を規定し、所定の接続箇所から液体成分採取口まで延びる第2の流路部と、を備え、第1の流路部及び第2の流路部の少なくとも一方は、曲線流路部を含んでいる(参照図3)。
