Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a busbar resin molded article is provided with: a busbar manufacturing step of manufacturing a busbar coupled body in which a plurality of busbars are coupled together via a coupling part, by metal powder injection molding using metal powder as material; an arrangement step of arranging the busbar coupled body with respect to a resin-molding mold; a resin molding step of closing the mold and injecting and filling synthetic resin material into the mold with the busbar coupled body arranged in the mold; and a segmentation step, with respect to the busbar coupled body that has been integrated with the synthetic resin material by means of the resin molding step, of segmenting the coupled part so that the plurality of busbars are insulated from each other.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un article moulé en résine de barres omnibus comprenant : une étape de fabrication de barres omnibus consistant à fabriquer un corps couplé de barres omnibus dans lequel une pluralité de barres omnibus sont couplées les unes aux autres par l'intermédiaire d'une partie de couplage, par moulage par injection de poudre métallique à l'aide de poudre métallique comme matériau; une étape d'agencement consistant à agencer le corps couplé de barres omnibus par rapport à un moule de moulage de résine; une étape de moulage de résine consistant à fermer le moule et à injecter un matériau de résine synthétique et à remplir le moule de ce dernier, le corps couplé de barres omnibus étant agencé dans le moule; et une étape de segmentation, par rapport au corps couplé de barres omnibus qui a été intégré avec le matériau de résine synthétique au moyen de l'étape de moulage de résine, consistant à segmenter la partie couplée de telle sorte que la pluralité de barres omnibus sont isolées les unes des autres.
(JA) バスバー樹脂成形品の製造方法は、複数のバスバーが連結部を介して連結されてなるバスバー連結体を、金属粉末を材料とした金属粉末射出成形により製造するバスバー製造工程と、樹脂成形用の金型に対してバスバー連結体を配置する配置工程と、バスバー連結体を金型に配置した状態で、型締めして当該金型内に合成樹脂材を射出充填する樹脂成形工程と、樹脂成形工程を経て、合成樹脂材と一体化されたバスバー連結体について、複数のバスバーが互いに絶縁されるように、連結部を分断する分断工程とを備える。
