Abstract:
(EN) An imaging display device is provided with: a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements which convert light externally incident on the imaging display device into an electric charge signal; and a plurality of light emitting elements which emit light with an intensity corresponding to the electric charge signal obtained by the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements. A pixel area is defined by an area in which the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are arranged in an array. The pixel area contains a signal route for transmitting a signal from the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements to the plurality of light emitting elements.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage d'imagerie qui comprend : une pluralité d'éléments de conversion photoélectrique qui convertissent la lumière incidente de manière externe sur le dispositif d'affichage d'imagerie en un signal de charge électrique ; et une pluralité d'éléments électroluminescents qui émettent de la lumière avec une intensité correspondant au signal de charge électrique obtenu par la pluralité d'éléments de conversion photoélectrique. Une zone de pixels est définie par une zone dans laquelle la pluralité d'éléments de conversion photoélectrique sont agencés en un réseau. La zone de pixels contient un chemin de signal permettant de transmettre un signal de la pluralité d'éléments de conversion photoélectrique à la pluralité d'éléments électroluminescents.
