Abstract:
(EN) To this end, the present invention concerns a method for manufacturing crystals of aluminates of one or more element(s) other than aluminium (Al), referred to as "A", chosen separately from a metal, a metalloid or a lanthanide, said method comprising at least the following steps: placing starting reagents, comprising at least one aluminium element source and a source of said element(s) A that has a degree of oxidation of between 1 and 6, in suspension in a liquid medium, so as to form a suspension referred to as the "starting suspension", - milling said starting suspension at an ambient temperature of less than or equal to 50°C, in a three-dimensional liquid medium ball mill for a holding time of less than or equal to 5 minutes; recovering, at the outlet of said three-dimensional ball mill, a suspension referred to as the "end suspension" comprising said starting reagents in activated form or crystals of aluminate of said element(s) A generally in hydrated form; if required, calcination of said end suspension when it comprises said starting reagents in activated form, so as to obtain generally non-hydrated crystals of aluminate of said element(s) A.
(FR) A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication de cristaux d'aluminates d'un ou plusieurs élément(s) autre que l'aluminium (Al), noté(s) « A » indépendamment choisis parmi un métal, un métalloïde ou un lanthanide, ledit procédé comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : la mise en suspension de réactifs de départ comprenant au moins : une source de l'élément aluminium et une source dudit ou desdits éléments A qui présente un degré d'oxydation allant de 1 à 6, dans un milieu liquide, de sorte à former une suspension appelée « suspension de départ », - le broyage de ladite suspension de départ à une température ambiante inférieure ou égale à 50°C, dans un broyeur tridimensionnel à microbilles en milieu liquide pendant un temps de séjour inférieur ou égal à 5 min; la récupération en sortie dudit broyeur tridimensionnel à microbilles d'une suspension appelée « suspension finale » comprenant lesdits réactifs de départ sous forme activée ou des cristaux d'aluminate dudit ou desdits(s) éléments A se trouvant généralement sous forme hydratée; le cas échéant, la calcination de ladite suspension finale lorsque celle-ci comprend lesdits réactifs de départ sous forme activée, de sorte à obtenir des cristaux, généralement non hydratés, d'aluminate dudit ou desdits élément(s) A.
