Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides an internal combustion engine comprising - a cylinder (301, 302) comprising a piston connected to a rotatable crankshaft, - an air guide (901) arranged to guide an air flow to the cylinder (301, 302), - an adjustable air flow restriction element (903) arranged to restrict the flow through the air guide (901), - an exhaust guide (501, 502) being arranged to guide a gas flow from the cylinder (301, 302), - an adjustable exhaust flow restriction element (601, 602) arranged to restrict the flow through the exhaust guide (501, 502), - an exhaust valve (7) arranged to control a communication between the cylinder (301, 302) and the exhaust guide (501, 502), and - an exhaust valve actuation assembly (8) for actuating the exhaust valve (7) so as to perform in each of a plurality of cycles of the cylinder (301, 302) an exhaust valve actuation sequence, - wherein the exhaust valve actuation assembly (8) is adapted to control the commencement of the exhaust valve actuation sequence to occur selectively at any crankshaft angle within a non-zero crankshaft angle interval.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur à combustion interne comprenant : un cylindre (301, 302) comprenant un piston en prise avec un vilebrequin rotatif; un guide d'air (901) disposé de façon à guider un écoulement d'air vers le cylindre (301, 302); un élément réglable de limitation d'écoulement d'air (903) disposé de façon à limiter l'écoulement traversant le guide d'air (901); un guide d'échappement (501, 502) disposé de façon à guider un écoulement de gaz à partir du cylindre (301, 302); un élément réglable de limitation d'écoulement d'échappement (601, 602) disposé de façon à limiter l'écoulement traversant le guide d'échappement (501, 502); une soupape d'échappement (7) disposée de façon à commander une communication entre le cylindre (301, 302) et le guide d'échappement (501, 502); et un ensemble (8) d'actionnement de soupape d'échappement servant à actionner la soupape d'échappement (7) de façon à exécuter une séquence d'actionnement de soupape d'échappement lors de chaque cycle d'une pluralité de cycles du cylindre (301, 302). Selon l'invention, l'ensemble (8) d'actionnement de soupape d'échappement est conçu pour commander de façon sélective le début de la séquence d'actionnement de soupape d'échappement à n'importe quel angle de vilebrequin sur un intervalle d'angle de vilebrequin non nul.
